National security must employ Anas, what he’s doing is completely spy work- Lawyer

Private legal practitioner, Nana Yaw Osei, has called on the National Security to hire ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas in effort to discharge its duties effectively.

According to him, the globally recognized undercover journalist recent documentary on Ghana Football Association officials plainly does not march the ethics of investigative journalism.

He contended that Anas only set-ups people and later record them on tape as evidence for prosecution which he says is highly unacceptable.

The lawyer who has questioned the Mr. Anas Aremeyaw Anas Modus operandi since his latest football documentary publication, speaking on Abusua Nkommo hosted by Kwame Adinkrah said ”What he [Anas] is doing is a spy work but not journalism.”

He continued ”I think the national security must employ him because what he’s doing can’t be termed as undercover journalism rather it is a spy work and so they should employ to work with them”.

”If you take your time and critically analyze what Anas is doing, you will realize that it’s purely concert and not investigative journalism”

”How can you be pay money to people and later film them your evidence of corruption” he quizzed.

Anas #12number expose has seen Ghana Football Association president Kwesi Nyantakyi, quit his position following his involvement in an alleged corruption case.

Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi, has also been banned from all football activities by the Ethics Committee of the Federation of International Football Association [FIFA].
