Kumi Guitar jabs Stonebwoy in ‘Gyae’

KUMI GUITAR has released a new single dubbed ‘Gyae’, which is perceived to be a ‘diss’ song against Stonebwoy.

‘Gyae’, which translates as ‘stop’ in English and a direct diss song to the BHIM nation president comes after  the recent media brawl between Stonebwoy and his new record label, Zylofon.

The song also brings into light controversies surrounding Stonebwoy’s reasons for wanting to exit the label. According to the ‘Betweener’ singer, Stonebwoy does not have shares in Zylofon neither does he own the company so he should stop complaining that he was not informed prior to the signing of Shatta Wale.

He advised ‘Stonebwoy’ to be humble and stop causing problems for Zylofon boss Nana Appiah Mensah.

Zylofon FM was the first place where the song gained airplay on Sammy Flex’s show, ‘Showbiz Agenda’.

Kumi Guitar again said on Sammy Flex’s show that, “I’m starting to talk because I began this thing. Our boss [Nana Appiah Mensah] wouldn’t have been in this industry. I was the one who spoke to him to do it and I wasn’t selfish. I told him to add people on board and you [Stonebwoy] also got to be brought in.”
