GLOBAL PRODUCTION House and Events Management (GPHEM) in collaboration with FitOne Condoms on February 14 will host a concert dubbed ‘The Safe Sex Concert’ at the Bukom Square to raise awareness on the need to practice safe sex.
The event which is in two parts would be used as an avenue for residents of Bukom and its environs to check their health. The second half would have various artistes promulgate the need to use condoms.
In an exclusive with the Daily Heritage, Head of Communications at GPHEM, Ernest Pappoe divulged that teenage pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) is at an all-time high in the area and being a socially responsible organisation, GPHEM partnered with FitOne Condoms to curb the menace.
“The realistic answer to teenage pregnancy and STDs is protection, and FitOne Condoms presented the finest protection option for this cause”, he added.
He encouraged the people of Bukom to come in their numbers as this event would be their Valentine’s Day gift.
Some artistes that would be performing include Morphat, D.Lovers, MC wink, Waila, AB Lord and others.
