Gov’t will close down Kumaca School-Dep. Education Minster

Deputy Education Minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has said the  Kumasi Academy Senior High School (KUMACA) will be closed down by government.
Section of parents who have their wards in the school On Tuesday December 5, 2017 stormed the school campus to pick their wards from the school following a mysterious deaths some students.
Four students of KUMACA have died from a suspected meningitis after three died under similar circumstances in April this year.
Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum speaking to the media after his tour in the school Wednesday revealed the school will be closed by government for about three days before students will be allowed to resume studies in the school.
The minister however appealed to parents who have taken their wards home to bring them back for medication.
